This role is pivotal for engaging and educating retail teams while executing marketing initiatives to boost the sales of Coty’s luxury products. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide training and support to Beauty Advisors

• Analyze consumer shopping behavior and sales trends
• Maintain optimal inventory levels in stores
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty or retail management
• Proven makeup artistry and luxury retail knowledge
• Strong decision-making abilities under pressure
• Effective communicator with excellent empathy skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
