Position: Cashier Role at Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's
Help create exceptional shopping moments as a cashier at Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s. Engage customers, manage transactions, and promote services enthusiastically.

This role involves reporting to the Group Sales Manager and is vital for providing customers with a legendary experience. With at least one year in sales or service, candidates will maximize customer satisfaction through effective transaction handling using Point-Of-Sale systems. A solid understanding of Cabela’s unique offerings will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly at the point of sale

• Accurately process payments through various transactions

• Utilize SAP systems for efficient transaction management

• Assist with resolving customer concerns thoughtfully

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store

Requirements:

• One year minimum in a retail environment preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent is advantageous

• Superior customer service skills and logical decision-making

• Knowledge of Cabela’s and Bass Pro products is helpful

• Willingness to support all store functions as required
