In this vital role, you will report directly to the Store Manager, ensuring the best possible customer experience while leading your team. Your responsibilities include enhancing store merchandising, customer service, and staff development. You'll have a direct impact on resolving customer issues and achieving high data entry accuracy, all while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain highest standards of store merchandising and customer service
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff to enhance performance
• Handle escalated customer service issues with effective solutions
• Ensure total customer satisfaction at every level
• Control inventory levels for accuracy and reporting
Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary education is an asset
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
• Proven retail supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
