Sales Counter Associate

Position: Sales Counter Associate at EMCO
Become a vital part of EMCO as a Sales Counter Associate, delivering exceptional support to customers at our Profit Centre counters. Ensure a well-stocked and organized sales area while facilitating orders.

This role requires research into product offerings and direct interaction with customers to address queries and concerns. You will also monitor stock levels and assist in merchandising strategies that drive sales. Collaboration with Inside and Outside Sales will be essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers with material purchases

• Research products and suggest recommendations

• Drive sales through effective merchandising strategies

• Process and fulfill orders accurately from the counter

• Maintain cleanliness of the counter area and displays

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; college or university education is a plus

• At least 2 years of customer service experience

• Outstanding verbal communication skills

• Ability to learn and operate necessary software

• Strong attention to detail and math skills
