As part of Calgary Co-op, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our eCommerce platform. This includes maintaining fresh and compelling product content, executing digital marketing strategies, and working collaboratively with IT for system performance.
Your role will also involve training teams and identifying process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage website banner and content updates for relevance
• Optimize the shopping experience to boost engagement
• Coordinate marketing initiatives aligned with eCommerce strategy
• Create and track online promotions while developing training materials
• Collaborate with IT and vendors for platform support
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1–2 years of eCommerce or retail operations experience
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and communication tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and analytical skills
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to multitask
