In this role as a Retail Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the voice of the brand, showcasing exceptional customer service skills and building loyal relationships. You'll engage with customers to understand their needs, educate them on loyalty programs, and leverage omni-channel offerings for a seamless experience. You’ll help maintain a positive work environment while supporting various aspects of store operations.

• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds
