The Retail Product Operations Lead is an integral member of the retail management team, focusing on executing the store’s product strategy through efficient inventory management and team collaboration. You will lead inventory shifts, ensuring both the sales floor and back-of-house areas are organized and stocked. Additionally, you will assess team performance and actively participate in onboarding, enhancing the growth and skill development of team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on product strategy implementation with management
• Lead and prioritize inventory accuracy procedures
• Execute product actions and maintain stock organization
• Create an engaging environment for team collaboration
• Communicate findings for effective stock availability
Requirements:
• At least one year of relevant work experience
• Background in inventory management and merchandising
• Leadership experience in a retail or warehouse setting
• Ability to utilize data for business decisions
• Must travel reliably to assigned store
