Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure on-stage team executes Sephora's selling model
• Support client feedback responses with your manager
• Oversee training for Client Interactive Technology
• Manage in-store events for client engagement
• Conduct regular performance assessments for team members
Requirements:
• 1-3 years’ experience in retail leadership
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to develop and motivate team members
• Familiarity with retail sales performance metrics
• Interest in driving innovation and client satisfaction
