As a Field Coordinator, you will support the execution of client initiatives while monitoring sales performance and coordinating logistics. You will connect Operations, Client Services, and field teams to ensure programs run smoothly and effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute day-to-day field sales program tasks
• Coordinate timelines and maintain deliverable schedules
• Monitor attendance and compliance of field teams
• Conduct store visits to assess execution standards

Requirements:
• 1–3 years in field operations or retail sales
• Experience as a Team Lead or Coordinator preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
