Position: Utility Clerk Role Co-op
Support the deli operations at Calgary Co-op as a Deli Utility Clerk. This position entails delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

In this role, you report to the Deli Supervisor, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective handling of queries and upholding strict safety standards. You will stock displays, prepare deli items, and manage cleanliness in adherence to food safety regulations. Additionally, you'll assist in inventory organization and maintain product integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service and manage customer relations

• Organize and stock deli items efficiently

• Keep deli area cleaned and well-maintained

• Manage merchandise ordering and receiving processes

• Prepare delicious deli trays and use cash registers

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 9 education or equivalent experience

• Experience in bakery or retail is advantageous

• Fluent in English and knowledgeable about deli operations

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
