Early Morning Service Team Member

Join Michaels as an Early Morning Service Team Member in Harvest Hills, AB. Provide exceptional customer support, assist with product location, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

This position focuses on customer service and requires availability on Thursdays and Fridays from 3am to 5am. You'll help customers engage with store programs like Rewards and assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS).

Your role will include maintaining product displays and ensuring store compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in locating products and solutions

• Provide fast and friendly checkout service

• Participate in stocking and planogram processes

• Maintain merchandise recovery and store appearance

Requirements:

• Preferably retail or customer service experience

• Ability to stand for long periods

• Strong lifting and moving capabilities

• Positive and respectful interaction style

• Willingness to perform nightly and weekend shifts
