Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare meats by cleaning and cutting efficiently

• Cut carcasses and standard portions as required

• Package prepared meats for retail or wholesale

• Weigh meats and set appropriate prices

• Grind meats and slice cooked products for customers

Requirements:

• Fluent in English for effective interaction

• No formal education requirements specified

• Will provide training for selected candidates

• Capability to work 30 to 40 hours weekly
