Join Ribeye Butcher Shop as Head Butcher and lead a team passionate about quality. Your craft will shine through as you create memorable experiences for customers.
As a pivotal member of the Ribeye team, your responsibilities will include overseeing shop operations while motivating your butcher crew. You will utilize your whole animal butchery skills, engaging in sausage making and minimizing waste through effective stock management. A commitment to customer satisfaction and the craft of butchery is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage shop openings and closings
• Motivate and lead the butcher team daily
• Grind meats and create sausages
• Cut and prepare various cuts of meat
• Deliver outstanding experiences for every customer
Requirements:
• At least 1 year in a related position
• Expertise in whole animal butchery
• Food Safe Certificate required
• Strong communication abilities
• Availability for shifts between 10 AM to 7 PM
