We are hiring immediately for a retail store manager (store leader) at Best Buy in Calgary.

• Oversee all aspects of the store, from leading a team of assistant store leaders, team leads and advisors to partnering with all areas of the business and vendors.
• Motivate, coach, develop and inspire your team to help customers find the perfect product or service.
• Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture.
• Oversee store KPIs (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health and safety).
• Maintain a healthy profit and loss.

• 5+ years of experience leading a hospitality or retail team of at least 40 associates in a fast‑paced, high‑volume location.
• 5+ years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high‑sales volume store.
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work setting.
• Must be willing initially to work at Deerfoot Meadows or Sunridge.
• Must be able to commute to any Calgary store location (e.g., 17th Avenue, Deerfoot Meadows, Northland, Shawnessy, Sunridge, Westhills) for a permanent assignment.

This position is located at Best Buy Calgary store locations; the initial assignment will be at Deerfoot Meadows or Sunridge, with subsequent permanent assignment to any Calgary store. Ability to commute to these locations is required.
