Overseas Retail Supervisor - CFMWS

Supervise retail services for Canadian Armed Forces in Latvia with CFMWS. This 6-month overseas contract focuses on store management and troop support through effective leadership.
As a Deployed Retail Supervisor, you will manage a retail store that serves CAF members and partners.

Your role will include overseeing day-to-day operations, enforcing health and safety standards, and leading a retail team. Necessary qualifications include a valid Canadian passport, relevant supervisory experience, and the ability to manage inventory and financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the retail team and ensure operations run smoothly

• Enforce health, hygiene, and safety protocols

• Conduct cash handling, audits, and reconciliations

• Monitor stock levels and conduct inventory checks

• Organize recreational activities to enhance troop morale
Requirements:

• Combination of education and supervisory experience

• Valid driver's license and Canadian citizenship

• Experience in cash handling and inventory management

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to meet health and security screenings
