JD Sports is seeking a Visual Manager to join our retail team at the South Centre Mall location. As part of this role, you will support the Junior Management team while supervising store staff. The position emphasizes visual merchandising and creative product placement, helping attract and motivate customers while ensuring JD Standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create dynamic window and in-store displays

• Analyze product placement using Oracle figures

• Train team members on merchandising best practices

• Conduct store promotions and monitor performance

• Maintain high standards of store hygiene and organization

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of visual merchandising experience

• Strong attention to detail and creativity

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work professionally and lead by example
