In this role, you will partner with the Operations Supervisor to uphold Sephora's high standards in client service and store presentation. Your expertise in POS systems and stockroom operations will be crucial in leading a team, assisting clients, and maintaining tidy inventory processes. This position requires flexibility and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to clients
• Maintain cleanliness in cashier areas
• Organize stockroom according to company standards
• Process shipment receipts promptly
• Communicate inventory issues to supervisors
Requirements:
• 1–2 years in retail/client service
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
