Key Responsibilities:
• Cut, debone, and grind meat and poultry
• Wrap and label products for display
• Provide personalized guest service on cooking techniques
• Ensure product freshness and cleanliness comply with standards
• Support team members through training and collaboration
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in meat preparation
• Familiarity with food safety regulations
• Strong attention to detail and knife skills
• Reliable and proactive in problem-solving
• Ability to work in varying temperatures
