Deliver exceptional customer service as a Campus Store Associate at Mount Royal University. This hybrid casual role involves operating the cash register and supporting daily bookstore operations.

As a Campus Store Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team s position requires strong customer service skills as you assist students, staff, and visitors with textbook inquiries and retail purchases. You will also handle online order fulfillment, maintain store organization, and ensure a welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate point-of-sale transactions and manage cash control

• Assist with receiving and organizing merchandise shipments

• Stock and display inventory according to merchandising standards

• Provide knowledgeable service in textbook and apparel sections

• Maintain a clean and inviting retail space for customers

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred

• Ability to work flexible hours, up to 32 per week

• Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems
