In partnership with the Operations Supervisor, the Retail Operations Consultant plays a vital role in store operations. You will assist in training staff, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and support merchandising. Engaging with clients, processing inventory, and supporting loss prevention efforts are also crucial components of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide knowledgeable service to clients during store hours
• Assist in training for Point-Of-Sale operations
• Maintain organization in stock and cashier areas
• Process incoming shipments and manage damages
• Uphold safety and compliance with company policies
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years in retail/client service
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
