Candidates should possess 1-2 years of retail experience and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills. This position entails training cashiers, maintaining visual merchandising, and ensuring the stockroom is organized and compliant with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional service to clients during business hours
• Train staff on cashier operations and maintain POS systems
• Assist in the merchandising and cleanliness of the store
• Process inventory and shipment receipts accurately
• Communicate inventory issues with management
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of retail or stockroom experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Effective multi-tasking and time management skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
• Ability to lift and handle stock safely
