Fulfillment Outfitter

Position: Fulfillment Outfitter at Bass Pro Shops
Join Bass Pro Shops in Calgary as a Fulfillment Outfitter, part-time. Focus on processing and shipping orders with accuracy, directly enhancing the customer experience.

This role reports to the Retail Manager - Operations and is key in facilitating the store to door program. Your daily tasks involve retrieving, packaging, and shipping orders while adhering to standard operating procedures. Auditing packages and maintaining inventory supplies are also essential duties, alongside direct communication with other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve products to confirm incoming orders

• Package items for shipment accurately

• Utilize SAP for order processing tasks

• Perform audits against shipment manifests

• Keep the work area clean and organized

Requirements:

• Experience in sales or service environment is preferred

• High school diploma or similar qualification

• Excellent customer service skills required

• Good judgment and logic in everyday tasks

• Familiarity with outdoor products is beneficial
