In this vital Assistant Store Manager role, you’ll support the Store Manager by ensuring daily operational success in our thrift stores. Your responsibilities include enhancing store safety, managing cash flow, and organizing store activities to meet community needs. Ideal candidates will have extensive retail experience and excel in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer, staff, and volunteer safety in-store

• Assist with effective store layout planning

• Manage donations by sorting and pricing appropriately

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of relevant retail experience
