In this role, you will sort and grade donations to ensure sellable items meet our standards. Assisting Retail team members and maintaining a tidy sales floor, you’ll embody the Goodwill spirit of collaboration and service. Engage with customers and fellow team members while upholding our values and mission every day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort donations and classify sellable items
• Identify high-quality donations for special promotions
• Maintain production tracking and documentation
• Organize items on shelves, racks, or displays
• Provide customer assistance at cash registers
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• At least 15 years old and eligible to work in Canada
• Strong teamwork skills and flexibility in scheduling
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job
• Knowledge about collectibles and antiques is beneficial
