Key Responsibilities:

• Open the shop and setup flower displays

• Assist customers with flower selection and recommendations

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately

• Maintain shop cleanliness and organization

• Process incoming flowers and manage inventory counts

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

• Strong communication skills in English

• Ability to work collaboratively and independently

• Comfortable with manual labor and lifting

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
