This position focuses on maintaining customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies. As a Meat Cutter, you will oversee meat preparation, stocking displays, and handling merchandise to ensure quality. You'll also engage in team activities, train staff, and ensure health and safety compliance in all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service in meat department
• Stock and maintain meat displays and inventory levels
• Ensure quality control of merchandise and minimize damages
• Uphold safety and environmental regulations meticulously
• Assist in training and supervising team members
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent experience
• Certification in meat cutting or 2 years retail experience
• Familiarity with ordering and receiving procedures
• Commitment to quality and safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
