The Key Lead role is pivotal, ensuring all customers receive an exceptional in-store experience. As part of the store leadership team, you'll coach Brand Representatives while efficiently managing the floor.
Your role will involve operations tasks such as cash register management, fulfilling online orders, and supporting sales through effective product displays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the Floor Supervisor for the store team
• Operate Point of Sale systems effectively
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders efficiently
• Maintain visual merchandise displays
• Oversee inventory control practices
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent desired
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience
• Strong customer service focus
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
