You'll be responsible for inspiring your team while maintaining operational excellence and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales performance and enhance customer experience
• Coach and develop a motivated showroom team
• Manage showroom operations and brand standards
• Foster lasting customer relationships with consultative selling
• Ensure showroom reflects the quality and design leadership of King Living
Requirements:
• Proven experience in premium retail or showroom management
• Strong leadership with mentoring skills
• Commercially aware with budgeting abilities
• Problem-solving and communication skills
• Flexibility to work weekends as part of the roster
