Position: Full-Time Team Leader at LEGO
Lead the LEGO Brand Retail team as a full-time Team Leader, providing exceptional customer service and training while maximizing sales. Inspire a high-performance team and create memorable experiences for customers.

This role requires a passionate leader dedicated to training Sales Associates and maintaining store standards. You will focus on sales strategies, visual merchandising, and enhancing product knowledge. Your ability to motivate and cultivate a positive environment is essential for achieving exemplary service levels and team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize sales through regular review of performance data

• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques

• Evaluate competitors' merchandising strategies

• Maintain store graphics and pricing systems effectively

• Ensure replenishment of store fixtures

Requirements:

• Leadership or management experience in retail

• Experience in employee training and cash handling

• Familiarity with point of sale automated systems

• Ability to move items up to 30 lbs

• Full availability for 40 hours weekly
