Position Summary

- Secure and Manage Merchandise: ensures high‑ticket merchandise is properly secured in designated locations according to company procedures.
- Receive and Process Deliveries: processes direct and local shipments promptly, including OMNI merchandise, alcohol, and warehouse trailer deliveries, to support timely movement of merchandise to the sales floor.
- Receiving Area Organization and Documentation: maintains a clean and organized receiving area by preparing returns, claims, and MTRs for shipment and completing all required documentation accurately.
- Safety and Equipment Use: follows and promotes safe work practices, including proper lifting techniques and safe use of box cutters, pallet jacks, ladders, and other equipment.
- Team Collaboration and Issue Resolution: works closely with the Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to identify and resolve receiving issues or discrepancies efficiently.
- Security and Key Control Compliance: safeguards backdoor access and key controls to ensure compliance with company guidelines and security standards.
- Cold Chain and Quality Compliance: follows cold chain procedures to maintain product quality, documenting required information using the Receiving Temperature Log or Sure Check App.
- Associate Training and Support: trains and supports other Directs Store Delivery Associates to ensure consistent adherence to receiving processes and standards.
- Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
- High Task Volume in a Fast‑Paced Environment: manages overnight hours effectively and plans accordingly to stay energized and focused, handling a fast‑paced workload with efficiency and ensuring large volumes of restocking and recovery are completed accurately and on time.
- Physical Demands: performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.; performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.95.
