Key Responsibilities:

• Process client transactions accurately via POS

• Support logistics and order fulfillment tasks

• Maintain store organization and merchandise standards

• Assist visual team with displays and inventory counts

• Provide customer support on the sales floor as needed

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of retail experience, ideally in luxury

• Experience in customer-facing roles at the service desk

• Strong service orientation and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

• Technological proficiency to support customer service operations
