The 3rd Key (Sales Help Keyholder) is an energetic retail sales role that serves as the heartbeat of the Lids brand. Retail salespeople are committed to fostering a passion for sporting and fashion goods by meeting the needs of loyal customers and occasional buyers alike. The role requires maintaining meticulous product presentations, delivering exceptional customer experience, and being a subject matter expert in our products and services.

• Achieve revenue growth through customer service.
• Meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics.
• Engage in store maintenance according to current visual guidelines, including proper sales, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code.

• Protect company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.
• Participate in managing store inventory including processing shipments and resetting merchandise.
• Assist with accurate product counts in a consistent and timely manner.
• Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
