In this role, you will assist the Shop Manager in leading a customer-focused retail team to achieve sales goals. You’ll guide daily shop activities, maintain compliance with merchandising standards, and proactively address any customer and employee concerns. Also, you will play an essential part in training and developing staff while fostering a positive store atmosphere.

Requirements:
