As a key member of Calgary Co-op, the Deli Utility Clerk will report to the Deli Supervisor or Manager.

Your role involves providing exemplary customer relations and managing deli functions, from stocking displays to maintaining cleanliness. You will handle merchandise to minimize damages and ensure price integrity, directly impacting the shopping experience of our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and manage inquiries

• Stock and organize deli displays efficiently

• Monitor and maintain merchandise quality

• Ensure cleanliness in the deli and back stock areas

• Prepare deli platters and operate cash handling procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 9 or equivalent experience

• Fluent in English

• Retail or grocery experience preferred

• Deli product knowledge is an asset

• Must be 18 years old (where applicable)
