Part-Time Merchandise Leader at AEO

You will play an essential part in training the Floorset team, ensuring their productivity, and recognizing team contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support outstanding guest experience through merchandising

• Execute Floorsets with training and productivity targets

• Monitor and maintain merchandising and replenishment standards

• Champion team recognition and celebrate wins

• Maintain store safety and adhere to AEO policies

Requirements:

• Passion for AE and Aerie products

• Strong retail merchandising and visual skill set

• Prior retail work experience is preferred

• Flexible availability for early mornings and weekends

• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
