This position demands strong sales skills and collaboration with Sephora/Ulta staff from Thursday to Sunday. You'll be responsible for hitting sales goals and offering service to both clients and store employees. The ideal candidate has a pro-active attitude and beauty industry insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales goals daily in stores

• Support in-store events for Fresh and Sephora/Ulta

• Cultivate relationships with Beauty Advisors and store leaders

• Ensure Fresh displays meet merchandising standards

• Report sales, stock issues, and challenges regularly

Requirements:

• Experience in the beauty industry is required

• Availability Thursdays through Sundays

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Initiative in approaching customers and promoting Fresh

• Valid transportation for store visits
