Stock Unloader Associate

Working as a Stock Unloader Associate at Walmart Canada is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment. In this role, you play a key part in keeping the store running smoothly by unloading trailers, processing merchandise, and moving pallets to the sales floor, all while maintaining a safe and clean workspace.

• Prepare and reset the Receiving Area and unload general merchandise trailers, including completing live unloading of remaining merchandise
• Maintain cold chain standards for refrigerated and frozen products and pull pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for overnight processing
• Assist with stocking the sales floor as assigned and provide customer service when needed
• Label and place overstock merchandise in designated areas to support efficient inventory management
• Follow Company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace, including completing safety sweep logs
• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Stand for extended periods, bend, and lift inventory weighing up to 20 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products

• Starting pay from $16.15/hour
