Senior Store Technical Service Representative

In this role, you will provide technical support to customers by understanding their needs and creating solutions. • Support the team lead in recruiting, scheduling, mentoring, and developing the in-store services team
• Create an amazing customer experience
• Assist customers with computer setup, diagnostics, and repairs
• Share your passion for tech and your product knowledge

• Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers
• 2+ years’ retail experience
• 1+ year’s technical customer service experience
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
