Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the wellness, natural products, or beauty sector

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational goals in a retail environment

Experience in team leadership, with demonstrated skills in coaching, development, and performance management

Strong understanding of inventory management, including stock control, accuracy, and merchandising standards

Familiarity with community engagement and customer loyalty-building techniques

Knowledge of sustainability practices and a passion for promoting environmentally responsible business practices
