Retail Merchandising Representative

Become a vital part of Merchandising Consultants Associates as a Retail Merchandising Representative in Calgary. This role involves stocking and maintaining displays of leading products in big box retail stores.

MCA is searching for motivated individuals to join their merchandising team as independent contractors.

Your role will focus on Direct Store Delivery (DSD) support, ensuring organized aisles and attractive product displays. A successful candidate must thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while effectively communicating with store staff and managing time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock and replenish products after DSD deliveries

• Rotate products for freshness and quality

• Build and maintain promotional displays

• Monitor and adjust inventory levels

• Report damaged or expired products

Requirements:

• Experience in retail, grocery, or merchandising

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods

• Confident communication with staff and vendors

• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

• Proficient in using smartphone apps for data collection
