- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Minimum 2 year of managerial experience
- Maintain an optimal level of competent co-workers in the correct locations to create an excellent customer shopping experience.
- Lead and coach co-workers to create a fully and efficiently stocked facility where the IKEA product range is presented in ways that inspire and satisfy customers.
- Share up-to-date knowledge about the product range and IKEA services with co-workers.
- Set individual and team goals and objectives focused on optimising customer shopping experience, whilst leading, coaching, supporting and motivating co-workers to achieve these goals and objectives.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 58960 CAD to 81070 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
