Retail Lead for Home and Gifts

Elevate retail operations at Bass Pro Shops as a Home and Gifts Retail Lead. Oversee team dynamics, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain visual merchandising standards.

As a Retail Lead, you'll report to the Group Sales Manager and supervise daily operations in the Home and Gifts department. Your focus will include leadership, delegation, team development, and adherence to standard procedures. Prioritizing customer service and visual presentation will be key to enhancing the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor department team members

• Delegate tasks with clear directions and follow-up

• Train on standard operating procedures

• Ensure compliance with systems processes

• Provide legendary customer service and recommendations

Requirements:

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred

• Open availability for varied shifts

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s products is a plus
