In this essential Bakery Utility Clerk position, you will report to the Bakery Supervisor and ensure operational standards are met while delivering exceptional customer service. Your experience in bakery retail will assist you in maintaining inventory, product quality, and an organized display to meet customer demands effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in customer inquiries and resolving complaints

• Prepare, pan, and operate bake-off ovens efficiently

• Ensure product display and stock are maintained

• Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of the work area

• Follow health and safety standards at all times

Requirements:

• Grade 9 or relevant experience in retail

• Prior bakery or related retail experience preferred

• Must be fluent in English

• Knowledge of bakery items is advantageous

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
