Position: Calgary Co-op Bakery Decorator Role
Join Calgary Co-op as a Bakery Decorator and showcase your creative flair while ensuring customer satisfaction. This position focuses on quality decoration and team collaboration in a prominent retail setting.

In your role, you will not only decorate baked items but also supervise Bakery Utility Clerks when the Bakery Supervisor is unavailable. Maintaining cleanliness, organizing displays, and managing inventory will be your key tasks. Your ability to nurture customer relations through effective communication will be essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and manage feedback

• Ensure organized and appealing bakery displays

• Adhere to food safety and health standards

• Prepare and decorate baked products creatively

• Organize inventory and manage product ordering

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 or similar experience

• Background in bakery and decoration skills

• Successful completion of in-house Bakery Decorator test

• Experience in a supervisory role is an asset

• Decorating training courses preferred
