In the Bakery Decorator role, you will contribute to customer satisfaction by managing bakery displays and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also supervise Bakery Utility Clerks and uphold safety protocols. Your attention to detail will be essential in handling products and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Decorate and finish all baked goods with precision
• Supervise staff and manage bakery operations
• Organize and conduct inventory for baked products
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
• Address customer needs and manage inquiries effectively
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent educational background
• Relevant bakery and decorating experience
• Successful completion of in-house testing
• Desire for leadership and supervisory roles
• Certification in food safety within one year
