This is a part-time on-site position for a Beauty Specialist located in Calgary, AB. The Beauty Specialist will provide expert advice and personalized product recommendations to customers, assist with the upkeep of the beauty department, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities also include staying informed about the latest beauty trends, promoting loyalty programs, and ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience.

Collaboration with colleagues to meet sales goals is essential.

• Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty trends
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to advise on personalized beauty solutions and recommend suitable products
• Sales and promotional experience within the retail or beauty industry
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with loyalty programs and an ability to engage customers
• Previous experience in a beauty-focused retail environment is an asset
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Additional certification in cosmetology or skincare is a plus
