As a Merchandising Brand Advocate, you'll be crucial in executing in-store merchandising strategies and nurturing relationships with store staff. The position demands a detail-driven approach to drive consistent execution while independently managing your territory. You’ll also have the chance to influence brand engagement and train store staff on product benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards

• Manage fixtures, displays, and demo devices

• Identify and resolve display or merchandising issues

• Complete documentation and reports promptly

• Communicate effectively with management on territory status

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year in retail merchandising or related sales

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license and clean record

• Ability to transport promotional materials as needed

• Strong detail orientation and communication skills
