Position: Procter & Gamble Store Availability Expert
Become a catalyst for retail growth as a Regional Availability Expert with Procter & Gamble in Calgary, Alberta, targeting enhanced availability at Walmart stores. Maximize in-stock levels and sales efficiency.

As a full-time, non-management expert, your role will be crucial in executing P&G’s availability strategies at the territory level. Engaging with store and department managers, you will develop relationships that foster improvements in sales and display compliance. Moreover, you will utilize various tools and metrics to ensure effective strategy implementation across all assigned stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand P&G’s retail landscape and performance metrics

• Establish relationships with department managers for compliance

• Execute strategies to boost POS and in-stock performance

• Capture feedback from store interactions via Teams

• Plan store visits to maximize effectiveness

Requirements:

• High School Diploma; college diploma is a plus

• Over 5 years of retail experience required

• Must possess a valid driver’s license

• Proficient in Excel and Word

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and traveling
