Processing Team Member Chinook

Empower communities as a Processing Team Member at Goodwill Industries of Alberta in Chinook. This full-time role focuses on sorting donations while ensuring excellent customer interactions and teamwork.

In this position, you will sort and grade donated items, pinpoint designer donations, and track your work through proper documentation. Collaborate with co-workers to keep our displays organized while providing top-notch customer service during each interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort donations to determine their sellable quality

• Spot high-end designer items for specialized pricing

• Complete production sheets and meet performance goals

• Transport items to shelves, bins, or racks

• Aid customers at the cash register by wrapping merchandise

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or similar experience

• At least 15 years of age

• Willingness to work flexible schedules

• Strong ability to perform physical tasks

• Knowledge of designer or collectible items is a plus
