Become a key player in enhancing customer experience as a Retail Brand Ambassador at American Eagle Outfitters! This part-time role focuses on fostering loyalty through exceptional guest interactions.

As a Brand Ambassador, your enthusiasm and knowledge about AE and Aerie products will shine through. You will engage with customers using the AEO Selling Model, promote our loyalty programs, and adapt to various store roles seamlessly. Teamwork and integrity will be your guiding principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage guests with the AEO Selling Model

• Provide tailored product advice and education

• Introduce the AEO loyalty program to guests

• Seamlessly transition between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom

• Address guest concerns proactively within company guidelines

Requirements:

• At least 16 years of age

• Previous retail experience is advantageous

• High energy to manage multiple tasks

• Availability during peak shopping hours

• Genuine love for AE and Aerie products
